Cozy rooms with great views in a beautiful beachfront location. Perfect spot to unwind and relax by the sea 🌊.

The room was spacious and clean.

The bedroom not having a window was a bit stuffy and we felt closed in. Also, I was not impressed by the 3.6% American Express surcharge. There is no way that AMEX charges this in comparison to 1% by Visa and Mastercard for your type of establishment. In any case, the fees are high enough that the use of a prestige card like Amex should be included in the price.

Tidy, terrific room with balcony and water views! Awesome location of the hotel super close to everything. Great to have an attached restaurant for breakfast and dinner.

This place is a fantastic spot for relaxation, boasting friendly and hospitable staff members.

I didn't out room was out the back of a carpark , no view only to out the back of someone's carpark , I would never stay again a waste of money for $260 !!!

The rooms here are spacious, with a great shower, large living area, and amazing views.

Convenient. Just needed an overnight stay to visit family in Nelson Bay and hadn't tried Shoal Bay Resort before. Apartment was ideally suited to our needs.

Remembering to take both access cards when you go outside. One of the two lift access cards did not work.

Nearness to beachside, hotel and reasonable restaurants. Good long weekend venue.

The rooms were poorly designed. There was no natural light coming into the bedroom and it felt "dungeon -like". The air conditioning did not operate in the bedroom and we were forced to sleep in the loungeroom due to the heat and stuffiness. Even the air conditioning was poor in the loungeroom as we were forced to keep it at 23 degrees which is too uncomfortable to sleep at night.

This venue is in a stunning location in the Port Stephens area, with nearby small supermarkets and a convenience store, and the friendly staff are superb.

The location is fabulous. easy access to beach and dining. the staff obliging when we asked for room upgrade.

The studio apartment was at the rear of the resort in an aged block. the view from the apartment was the back wall of the multi level car park. we consequently asked for an upgrade & paid accordingly. i would not recommend the zenith apartments.

Uncomfortable mattress in room W103. I have no back problems but each morning when I awoke I had severe back pain. The good news is that it was cured by your spa!
